Privacy

How we handle your information.

Everything you tell us is protected by attorney–client privilege and by the firm's confidentiality policy, which is overseen by our General Counsel, Victor Adeyemi.

What we collect

Contact details you provide through this website or the client portal, documents you upload, messages you send, and records of how your matter progresses. We keep an audit trail of every action taken on your file so that you — and we — can always see who did what and when.

What we do with it

We use it to represent you and to run the firm: billing, conflict checks, and regulatory record-keeping. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party systems.

Where it lives

Client portal data is stored on servers under the firm's control. Documents are stored encrypted at rest, and every download is logged. You can see every signed-in device on your account and sign them out from your security settings.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your file at any time, and we will provide it. Professional-conduct rules require us to retain certain records for a period after your matter closes; we will tell you what and for how long.

Questions
